When planning a road trip, check your tires!

Before you head out on a road trip, take stock of your tires. When you’re on the road for hours at a time, tires get pretty hot and if unbalanced can lead to a blowout. As with other basic and regular upkeep, have your tires balanced and rotated on a schedule. This allows them to wear evenly. Don’t forget to make sure the air pressure in your tires is up to the recommended psi, too!
